living in this era where everyone has kind of issue and faces problems in their
lives
When an
employer hires an employee like a miner to get a diamond from a coal mine.
Unfortunately
But they
ignored the value of coals. Where does he get a diamond if there is neither
coal nor diamond?
Thus I just
assure some sort of example of our work culture that`s officially Toxic by
birth.No one can raise their voice about toxic work culture .because if you do
you get fired now there is some subject that helps and promote toxicity.
HR HUMAN
RESOURCE:
It controls you and your growth if you have
a rival from this group of management you even can`t get hired from any other
group of organization because all are linked through so-called Human resource
management .they spread a rumour about you being left because you are not the
right person non have consistency.HR always play on you. They can never let you
up instead you step down on your knees toward them.
If I write
about HR and how to stop your growth my word can finish but their clever step
get never end.
The first
example of a third-party group of companies.
They allow
all third-party groups of companies to hire and use your best skill and drain
you when you cannot use it. Some so-called Multinational companies have some so-called
hiring I know a person who work for a Multinational through a third party for 5
years but the company policy and management can not permanent that person because
of their filthy policies .and what is it?
Do you know?
Ok let me tell you that if a person hire through a third party they never get hired
by the company .hehehe ridiculous
Third
parties especially in Pakistan hire you like an Insect There is a such point
which is important to know

your skill graph down even if you are qualified

Never
pay increments when you did a good job

Defame
each and every corner

Salary
deducted ratio is high
·
No
time management implemented employees worked with no period of time until finished.

Person
can be fired from a job easily either 10 years of working in the organization

No
medical No allowances and many more
Politics In
Job Culture:
HR plays a political role in
an organization they hire a group ofmembers for a certain task. everyone is a chessman.
When you do great work so never be admired you instead degrade you because
it can`t happen you will ask for a reward if you get praised.
HR never let you Go :
HR doesn`t fire you on the spot. because it
will blame you because you are the person which is left the company
Do you
really think that ? so I should tell you. HR will generate a pressure of workload
and stop your increment even
Your sick
and paid leaves are just for the name you can`t use them willingly
